Ingredients:
- 2 cans of light tuna in water, drained.
- 5-ounce bag mixed green salad .
- 15 ounce can garbanzo beans , drained .
- 15-ounce can kidney beans , drained
- 2.25 -ounce can sliced black olive , drained .
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend.
- 1 medium ripe avocado , peeled pitted and diced.
- 1/2 cup hommade or deli fresh pico de gallo.
- homemade or prepared creamy cilantro dressing .
- tortilla chips , for serving .
How to prepare:
- in a medium bowl , flake tuna , gently fold in salad greens , beans, olives, cheese, avocado , pico de gallo and dressing to taste.
- serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
- seve with tortilla chips , makes 4-6 sevings.
