Mexican chopped Tuna salad

        Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans of light tuna in water, drained.
  2. 5-ounce bag mixed green salad .
  3. 15 ounce can garbanzo beans , drained .
  4. 15-ounce can kidney beans , drained
  5. 2.25 -ounce can sliced black olive , drained .
  6. 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend.
  7. 1 medium ripe avocado , peeled pitted and diced.
  8. 1/2 cup hommade or deli fresh pico de gallo.
  9. homemade or prepared creamy cilantro dressing .
  10. tortilla chips , for serving .


         How to prepare:

  • in a medium bowl , flake tuna , gently fold in salad greens , beans, olives, cheese, avocado , pico de gallo and dressing to taste.
  • serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
  • seve with tortilla chips , makes 4-6 sevings.
