Grilled lamb loin Chops.

         Ingredients:


  1. 8  lamb loin chops.
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
  3. 2 sticks (8 ounces) butter.
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
  5. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar.
  6. 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley and chives.

        How to prepare:

  • Turn your berbecue on medium to high heat , be sure the grill is hot.
  • Salt and pepper both sides of chops. Drizzle oil on top.
  • Place the chops on the grill for about 6 minutes on each side , charring both sides well.
  • On the stove , in a hot sauté pan , add butter and heat until brown. Remove the pan from the heat , add vinegar and mix together . add parsley and chives.
  • To serve , place the lamb chops on plates and spoon sauce over the top of each chop,
