Ingredients:
- 8 lamb loin chops.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 2 sticks (8 ounces) butter.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar.
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley and chives.
How to prepare:
- Turn your berbecue on medium to high heat , be sure the grill is hot.
- Salt and pepper both sides of chops. Drizzle oil on top.
- Place the chops on the grill for about 6 minutes on each side , charring both sides well.
- On the stove , in a hot sauté pan , add butter and heat until brown. Remove the pan from the heat , add vinegar and mix together . add parsley and chives.
- To serve , place the lamb chops on plates and spoon sauce over the top of each chop,
