       ingredients:


  1. 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yougurt.
  2. 1/4 cup cold nonfat milk.
  3. 1stick starbucks via ready brew.
  4. 1 banana.
  5. 1 cup ice.

       How to prepare:

  • in a blender , combine frowen yougurt, milk starbucks via ready brew, banana and ice.
  • blend and serve . makes 1 serving.
