INGREDIENTS
- small cabbage.
- medium carrots.
- 2tbsp lemon juice.
- 1 teaspoon sugar.
- 4/1 cup mayonnaise.
- salt and pepper.
HOW TO PREPARE
- cut the cabbage leaves high-cut.
- peel the carrots and rub it.
- Mix cabbage section with grated carrots.
- Mix lemon juice with sugar , mayonnaise.
- Add the mixture of lemon juice and mayonnaise to the cabbage and carrot mixture.
- stir the salad , and modifies the taste by adding a pinch of salt or vinegar if needed.
